Holiday at the Museum December 8th
The North East Motor Sports Museum will host its inaugural holiday event on Sunday, December 8th 2019 from 12pm to 4pm at the museum. The Holiday at the Museum event will be open to all members of the museum and invited guests only. This will be are one and only exclusive access event of 2019. Individuals can become members of the museum the day of the event or by completing membership registration on our website. No guest passes or Groupons may be used for this special event. Hors d’oeuvres, water, soda and a cash bar will be available starting at noon. Business casual attire is appreciated but not required.
The museum will be getting into the holiday spirit this year and Santa Claus will be making a special visit during the afternoon of the event. Parents are encouraged to bring along their children to take a photo with Santa and let him know what they want for Christmas. The museum will also be a designated toy drop off site for the Southern NH Toys For Tots. Toys may be dropped off in our lobby by our Christmas tree starting on November 16th until the day of the event December 8th. We encourage you to bring a new unused toy for our Toys For Tots collection effort as we give back to our local community.
During the event you will have the chance to meet and greet with museum President Dick Berggren and many of the museum’s board of directors. Feedback on the 2019 year at the museum is encouraged. At the event you will learn about what we have upcoming in 2020 and see an exclusive preview of our 2020 featured exhibit which highlights midget car racing.
If you plan on coming you will need to RSVP a week in advance of the event so we can add you to our credential list and so we know how much food to prepare. Please call 603-783-0183 or email executive director Tom Netishen at email@example.com to RSVP. We hope you will join us for a fun day at the museum and if your one of our many members whose memberships expires in December please consider renewing your membership during the event. The museum is a non-profit and your membership and donation contributions are valued and essential to keeping our operation solvent. Help us continue to preserve and educate individuals about the history of motorsports in New England and the Northeast.
