The award is voted on by the car owners, drivers and others associated with the annual Vintage Celebration at New Hampshire Motor Speedway and is given to someone who has contributed in an exceptional way to the event. Ray has worked hard to grow the Celebration. This year, he brought three vintage cars and when on-track activities ended on the second day of oval activity, Ray invited everyone, over 300 people, to his private museum in nearby Concord, NH. There, he fed them all and provided a wonderful spread of food and friendship.
