Pines Reunion

RHPG Members are active in bringing Motorsports history to the racing community and the public even before out North East Motor Sports Museum is built. We were recently at the Pines Reunion held in October in Groveland, MA.

A huge crowd came to see the cars, drivers, owners and promoters of yesterday.

RHPG Board Member Russ Conway handled the microphone for the awards presentations.

Torrid Ted Parker, a RHPG Member, was re-united with the V-6 super he won so many races with in the early 1980s.

RHPG Board Member Ray Boissoneau brought his McNamara Special. The sprint car had been converted to a supermodified which was driven by Artie Rousseau (seated) who had not seen it until the Reunion.

RHPG Member Steve Newman brought his popular Ollie Silva coupe. Note the photo of the original car with Ollie behind the wheel.
