DAVID HORNE AWARDED 2nd ANNUAL PARKER-CORAINE TROPHY WITH 1969 PLYMOUTH ROADRUNNER

On a beautiful late summer afternoon, Somersworth, New Hampshire resident David Horne captured the 2nd Annual Parker-Coraine Best of Show Trophy at the museums 4th Annual Hot Rods, Muscle and More Car Show Fundraiser. Amongst a magnificent array of quality cars and trucks Horne’s stunning 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner claimed victory.

Purchased from a family friend the car was rotisserie restored with the original body in 2018 at Dover, New Hampshire’s Paintworks Unlimited. Immaculate attention to detail was put into restoring every element of the car from the undercarriage, engine bay, exterior and interior. The car also features rare blue ray glass which was only offered in 1969. We would like to congratulate David on his win and also thank all the supporting car owners, spectators and volunteers who chose to support the 2022 edition of Hot Rods, Muscle and More in support of the 501©3 nonprofit New England Racing Museum. A special thanks to Shea Concrete Products for being the presenting sponsor for this year’s show. See you all next year for another great show!
