The AMA sanctioned Gypsy Tour from Laconia Motorcycle Week Rally Headquarters on Lakeshore Avenue in the Wiers to the FIM North America Vintage Road Race Championships at New Hampshire Motor Speedway is a fund raiser for the North East Motor Sports Museum south of the Speedway.

Thank you to the race car owners, exhibitors, volunteers and race fans who joined us for the New England Racers Reunion All Race Car Show Fundraiser! Also a special thank you goes out to event sponsor John Wall of Wall's Ford for his continued support.

The event will feature a variety of vintage and modern race cars for outdoor display at the museum. All types of race cars from any year are welcome to display. Racing clubs participating include the Senior Tour Auto Racers, Atlantic Coast Old Timers, New England Antique Racers and Wicked Good Vintage Racing. Cars on display will roar to life with a start your engines command at noon.

The Stanley Museum of Kingfield Maine will be apart of the 2022 New England Racers Reunion event. Bill Cooke and Sarah Moon will be bringing a fully operational 1912 Model 74 Stanley Steamer passenger car. Learn about the start up and operational process of these amazing automobiles and you can even climb aboard and take a ride!

The New England Racers Reunion will feature a variety of vintage and modern race cars for outdoor display at the museum on Saturday April 16th. In addition the event will showcase five exhibits from New England racing museums. These exhibits will display unique auto racing memorabilia and artifacts from around the region. All types of race cars from any year are welcome to display and local tracks and sanctions are encouraged to attend to promote your upcoming season’s races.

The 2022 outdoor events schedule at the North East Motor Sports Museum kicks off with the inaugural New England Racers Reunion: All Eras Race Car Show on Saturday April 16th. Each of the museums events are essential fundraisers to help meet financial obligations so we can continue our mission of New England motor racing preservation, education and inspiration.

We are pleased to announce the arrival of Frank Grimaldi’s 1968 Chevrolet Camaro also known as “Old #80” to the museum floor.

All of us at the museum would like to thank the 76 individuals who donated to our second annual appeal fundraiser. Thanks to your generosity you helped raise a grand total of $25,644!

New England driver Joey Logano won the first Busch Lite Clash held at the Coliseum in Los Angeles on February 6, 2022.

We mourn the passing of Paul Giblin. He was with the museum very early on and made many notable contributions.

As we kick off the New Year, new exhibits have started to arrive. Built from scrap parts in the late 1960’s, Jerry Lischke’s 1964 Chevrolet Corvette B production road racer is one of a kind.
